VIP Bet
CLOSED
VIP Bet closed their doors in November 2024. Try one of the recommended brands below instead.
Note: VIP Bet is now closed but you can still read our original review from when it was open.
VIP Bet is an online casino site where every player is a VIP. No matter if you are a high roller or not, VIP Bet promises to treat you well. The casino is operated by the Gibraltar company Grace Media, from whom I have already reviewed sister sites such as Slotster and Slots Jungle. But this review will be all about VIP Bet as I look at the bonuses, games, payment methods and more on offer.
VIP Bet Bonuses
VIP players deserve the very best, and at VIP Bet, bonuses are waiting in plenty.
VIP Bet Welcome Bonus
As is normal at any casino, new players signing up at VIP Bet can opt in for a welcome bonus. What is extra great at this casino, is that there are actually three bonuses on offer. That’s because the welcome package stretches across a player’s three first deposits. In total, you can get up to £500 + 150 free spins by depositing a minimum of £10 three times.
The first deposit comes with a 100% match bonus (and 100 free spins). The second and third deposits come with a moderate 25% bonus and 25 free spins.
Significant Bonus Terms
- Max bonus: £500 + 150 free spins (three deposits)
- Minimum deposit: £10 (x3)
- Bonus code: None needed
- Wagering requirements: x30
Other Promotions
In addition to the welcome package, there are plenty more promotions offered at VIP Bet. On the promotions page, it is easy to keep updated on ongoing offers at the moment. This can include weekly bonuses such as free spins on the game of the week. In order to not miss any promotions, it can be a good idea to sign up for news from the casino.
VIP Club
Even though VIP is part of the casino name, there does not seem to be any dedicated VIP club offered. Instead, every player is treated as a VIP and given the same chance for bonuses and promotions. While this is a great way of treating players in theory, the biggest high rollers might miss getting special treatment and unique perks often offered to the very most active players.
Game Selection
One thing mentioned a lot on the front page of VIP Bet, is the “fantastic game selection” with “the best and latest slots”. This is mentioned many times in different variations, giving me high hopes for this grand game lobby. While I can’t say I’m disappointed with the result, I might have expected more.
There is definitely a clear focus on slot games, and we can see many popular titles listed. Additionally, the game providers found at VIP Bet are industry-leading and safe companies ensuring fair gambling. I also like the possibility of searching for a game title or filter by a game provider in the search box, and the few categories listed at the top of the game selection.
But what I see as quite an unfortunate negative trait of the game selection, is the lack of variation and different game categories. While there are plenty of slots, it is almost the only category offered. There are a few scratchcards and virtual table games, but I can’t seem to find any live casino tables.
The front page also mentions a bingo bonus, but it doesn’t seem that bingo games are available anymore. I hope that this is a glitch or something that will be sorted, as I know that a lot of players in the UK prefer live games and bingo.
Deposit & Withdrawals
Another section that lacks variety is when it comes to payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Luckily, the few alternatives offered are all good and popular options. I can therefore say that the casino seems to value quality over quantity here (though I prefer the combination of both).
So what can players choose from when it comes to deposits and withdrawals? The accepted payment methods for British players are UK-issued cards, Trustly and PayPal. The latter is an electronic wallet most are familiar with, while Trustly is a banking solution offering swift bank transfers.
No matter the chosen method, deposits are processed instantly and free of charge. Withdrawal requests can take a few days to process. The minimum amount to deposit and withdraw is £10, but withdrawals of less than £30 come with a small fee.
Customer Support
VIP Bet aims to offer proper VIP treatment throughout your gambling experience. If any questions or issues arise, the customer support team can be contacted around the clock, every day of the week. The 24/7 support is available via live chat, but there is also a contact form available. This can be found on the FAQ page where lots of common questions are already listed and answered.
- Email: Contact form
VIP Bet Mobile Casino
Players who prefer to gamble on mobile will be happy to know that VIP Bet is fully mobile-compatible. This means that the casino website can be accessed via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets while on the go. There is no need to download and update any app – simply type the website in your mobile browser. All games work well on mobile and it is also possible to access promotions, complete payments, contact support etc as normal.

My Verdict of VIP Bet
Throughout my VIP Bet review, I have highlighted both good and not-so-good things about this casino. There are a few things I wish to see improved, mainly when it comes to the game selection. The front page could also use a refresh, as the content seems a bit outdated. But nevertheless, it is a good casino to check out.
I especially appreciate the 24/7 customer support and grand welcome package. Additionally, the game selection lists hundreds of popular slot games. This means that players who prefer slots can be more than happy here. Sign up to check it out for yourself!
